Everyone Should Have a Hole in the Wall

3 Jul

We are starting to wrap up all the little projects – YAY!  So hopefully there will be many quick updates over the next bit.

Here we had this strange hole in the wall in the middle of the kitchen, so we thought to convert it into a usable space – and a pantry was born.  The brick was cool and we were trying to come up with a neat way to showcase it and still add storage, but alas, we’re just not that creative…

I wanted the coordinating doors the rest of the kitchen had, so we built a cabinet in place and used trim to hide the cut melamine.

I bought two extra doors when we got the kitchen – one 30″ door and a 39″ door

There are still some touch ups to do, but with the pulls in place, another item is crossed off the list! :)
